Vintage 2019 has kicked off at Thompson Estate with our first parcel of fruit being hand-picked on the 11th Feb.
These great looking bunches of Pinot are destined for our Sparkling base.
We have our fingers crossed that the conditions will remain this superb for the coming weeks as the grapes continue to ripen and are harvested.
